Our 30-day money-back promise

If an AyurPet product doesn't work out for your dog, you get your money back. Write to us within 30 days of delivery, even if the pack is open or partly used.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email care@theayurpet.com or WhatsApp +91 99773 13509 with your order number and a line on what happened.
2. We confirm by reply, usually within one business day.
3. You don't need to send opened products back.

We refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of confirming. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged, leaking or wrong item

Send us a photo as soon as you can and we'll replace it or refund it in full, whichever you prefer.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering if the order hasn't shipped yet, for a full refund. Once it has shipped, the 30-day promise above applies.

Customers in the European Union

You also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
